Welcome to Beautiful Nails! To ensure a pleasant experience for all our clients, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our salon policies: Appointments • Booking: We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and technician. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and to choose your nail colors. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to accommodate other clients. Cancellations • Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients. • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Health and Safety • Sanitation: We adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All tools and equipment are sanitized and sterilized after each use. • Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your service. • Children: For their safety and the comfort of all clients, children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Services • Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon so we can address any concerns. • Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services, but we will gladly fix any issues within 3 days of your original appointment. Payment • Methods: We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. • Gratuity: Tips are greatly appreciated but not required. Gratuity can be added to your credit card payment or given in cash. Personal Belongings • Responsibility: Beautiful Nails is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
